Looking for silverbeet that’s tender and not as stringy as other varieties? Umaina Silverbeet is for you! This productive, cut-and-come-again favourite produces tender young leaves you can eat fresh, or mature greens that combine tenderness and sweetness. This bolt-resistant variety thrives in cool conditions, but tolerates heat. The leaves are large, green, and glossy, only slightly wrinkled - so you might think it's a fairly ordinary variety, but it will stand up well when compared to the commoner silverbeet varieties.
