Red Shallot Bulbs produce clusters of attractive, red-skinned shallots with firm, flavourful flesh and a mild onion-like sweetness. They are prized in the kitchen for their rich colour, refined flavour, and excellent versatility in sauces, dressings, roasting, pickling, and everyday cooking. Easy to grow from bulbs, they form multiple offsets as they mature and can be harvested once the tops begin to yellow and fall. After curing, the bulbs store well, making them a rewarding crop for gardeners who enjoy useful, high-quality kitchen staples.
