All orders are taken through our online website. We accept payment by Credit Card, Paypal or by direct debit to our account. Please ensure if paying by direct debit that you quote your order number. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of order placement. Orders made before 10am Monday to Friday will generally be shipped that day whilst later orders will go out next business day. Orders will not be shipped until full payment has cleared.

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post.

Due to Covid-19 the international postage system has become unreliable and we have taken the decision to stop shipping orders internationally.

International Customers you will need to check with your local customs office to see what the regulations are for importing seed to your country. Import regulations can change frequently and you may require import permits, testing or treatment of the seed prior to importing them. Some countries may require a phytosanitary certificate to be provided with your seed import. We are not able to provide this certificate and you will need to be sure of your requirements for seed importation as we are not responsible for any seeds that are seized or destroyed by customs.

Our seeds are guaranteed to germinate at reasonable rates for two years from the date of purchase. Seeds are also guaranteed to grow true to type. Seed packets may be returned to us if either of these guarantees is not met. In this instance the purchaser is eligible for an exchange or a refund for the purchase price of the seeds. We are in no way responsible for a crop failure, impacts of insects, plant diseases or the weather.

All personal information provided to us is secure and we will never sell or forward this information on to a third party. Upon consent from the customer, we may contact you with information about future promotions.
