In the Garden
In gardens, the species has been popular as a screen plant and given only a few years you could have a wonderful native hedge of 2-3m that will give you something attractive to look at and some privacy from things you may not want to look at. Also great as a free-standing tree.
Propagation
This tree is very easy to grow and tolerates neglect well, but it does not like hard frosts, particularly when young. Scarify the seeds using hot water or sandpaper for faster germination.
