Silk Tree – Albizia julibrissin

$2.95

Beautiful flowers and delicate leaves make this a great bonsai or feature shade tree in the backyard.

Often known as the Mimosa Bonsai, this species has wonderful pom pom shaped pink flowers and delicate fern like leaves that make for an elegant bonsai tree. Although the branches are brittle and difficult to wire, the natural growth form lends itself well to an upright style with weeping characteristics.
