Chamomile is an attractive and relatively hardy perennial with white, daisy-like flowers and fragrant, finely-divided foliage. Use it as an ornamental plant, but pick some flowers to make a relaxing tea that’s said to help you get to sleep easily. It’s also used as a hair-conditioning rinse, especially for those with blonde hair, and it makes a Calcium-rich addition to the compost heap when you throw your “tea flowers” away. It’s great for disturbed tummies, aids digestion and soothes inflamed skin.

    Fast and easy germination...plentiful seeds!

The German Chamomile seeds are so tiny, I definitely overdid it sprinkling them into my pot of seed raising mix, then the wind dried them out, (they need light to germinate so can't sprinkle much soil on top) and had extra cold nights and extra baking hot days...still it seemed every single seed germinated! Seedlings are getting their first true leaves now and all look very healthy with vigorous growth. Definitely recommend as an easy one to grow so far!
