Whether you like the pretty, frilly leaves of moss curled parsley or the stronger flavour of Italian parsley, you’ll know that there’s no beating a couple of sprigs fresh from the garden to add a special touch to a meal. And, of course, those of us who are garlic lovers count on parsley to freshen our breath after a garlic-laden treat. Grow parsley in pots on the kitchen windowsill, or use it as a pretty edging in the kitchen garden. Cut and come again. What a pleasure!
