If we shipped you the wrong item or it has arrived defective or damaged, we will happily send out a replacement at no charge or offer a full refund for the purchase price provided the item is returned in its original packaging.


If the item has not performed to it’s specification such as not growing to type or poor germination. Please contact us to discuss the situation and in most instances, we will be more that willing to offer a full refund or exchange for the faulty seeds.


We do not provide refunds for untracked items that are delayed or lost in the post. We strongly recommend purchasing Tracked postage or Express Postage options.
